冬季メニューが始まりました。
ぐっと気温が下がり、冬を間近に感じるようになってきました。
フライングで12月メニューが始まりました😁
寒い日に心まで暖かくなるような温かいメニューを中心にしつつ、冷たいものも織り交ぜて緩急をつけました。
今回も盛り付けや器に至るまで、横田シェフの目配り心配りが行き届いています。

Our winter menu has begun.
With the temperature dropping sharply, it’s really starting to feel like winter.
We’ve jumped ahead a little and started our December menu early. 😁
The menu features mainly warm dishes that will warm you from the inside out on cold days, while also incorporating some chilled items to create a balanced rhythm.
As always, Chef Yokota’s meticulous attention to detail shines through—from the plating to the selection of tableware.
